I am unbelievably glad I woke up early (or rather, stayed up all night) because this morning…

No colour correction/exposure adjustments at all–the sky really is that blue, it really is that sunny, Boris is really that cheery and aglkjaeg;ljegt IT’S SO PERFECT. It’s like a stock photo!

I’m tempted to call my friends and go FROLICKING IN THE FIELDS.

GAH.

Boris is a shy sunflower, but he finally opened up today. I am so proud. :’) His brother Trotsky is doing well, too. They are 2.52 meters (or 8.27 feet) and 2.04 meters (or 6.69 feet) respectively.

They were only $3.00 each! The li’l doggy needs a name… Ernie… or Claude… or…

What is so difficult to understand about this?

Someone spends days planning, revising, testing, revising, writing, revising, and formatting their piece of work, only to have another person swoop in and copy the entire thing (even the HTML!). No citation whatsoever. Good writing is never a walk in the park, it is legitimate hard work–TRY IT SOMETIME.

As for news and special items–IT’S NOT EASY, WE STAY UP RIDICULOUSLY LATE.

Oh, the best part is when the plagiarist is accused of having false information, because that’s when they say, “It’s not my fault, I got this from somewhere else.” Ha.

While I am at it, what is wrong with trying things for yourself before clamouring for a guide? I suppose I will save that for a different time, but as Ms. Frizzle would say: Take chances, make mistakes, GET MESSY!
